Watch a short video on how EARTHING was used for recovery during the Tour de France
Todd uses a Clint Ober Earthing® mat on his massage table. The mat connects to the building’s grounding system, providing a path for the transfer of electrons from the Earth to the body. This practice, known as earthing or grounding, is based on the principle that direct contact with the Earth’s natural electrical charge allows electrons to flow between the ground and the body. Earthing patches, as used on the Tour De France for quicker athlete recovery, are available upon request.
